Terms and Conditions
 
By placing an order with Perth Organics, you agree and accept our terms and conditions. Perth Organics is happy to have any item returned, unopened and in good order to obtain a store credit or refund.

If the product was supplied in good condition, returning of product will be at cost to the customer.  See refunds section below for more details.
 
We request payment prior to delivery.
Payment can be by credit card or direct deposit.
 
All images used on this site are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.
 
REFUNDS
We select the freshest and highest quality produce. If there is a discrepancy in your order or if you have a concern with any of our products we request you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Photos taken of time of opening your order are required to be emailed or text to us within this time frame.
 
If a product is faulty through the handling or storage by Perth Organics we will happily refund you the total cost of the product or replace the product with the same or similar if preferred. In the event of goods arriving damaged during our Perth Metro transporation we will arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price immediately in accordance with our refund policy. Perth Organics maximum liability to you for products purchased from us shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or store credit. We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
 
DELIVERY
Perth Organics will deliver to most suburbs within Perth, Western Australia. Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location. 
 
The website will give approximates, however you may be invoiced if there is a difference to cover. The delivery day and time will depend on your area and the delivery schedule for that day. Changes may be made to the delivery schedule each week. Any delivery times provided by us are approximate times and may change.  Out of metro customers far north are often scheduled on our Friday deliveries.
 
Perth Organics cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We leave the goods at the front door if no instructions are given and no one is home.  Many of our orders are dropped off early hours of the morning and are authority to leave.  Any day deliveries (work places or Eastern Suburbs), anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Perth Organics to be authorized to receive the goods.
 
CANCELLATIONS
If at any time you wish to cancel a standing order from Perth Organics you must send an email to orders@perthorganics.com two (2) days prior to normal delivery day.
 
If you need to cancel a one-off order, you will need to also advise via phone or email 2 days before.
 
DIRECT DEBITS
If you have a standing order and have not asked us to charge a credit card on a weekly basis, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange their direct deposit to automatically be deducted from their bank account to the Perth Organics account and to oversee that it is processing correctly. You can set this up with your own online banking.
 
If the payments fail to transfer for any reason, you will be liable to pay all outstanding amounts owing within 15 days of notification. An extension may be asked for consideration.
 
In some cases, Perth Organics give loyalty discounts for those on a standing order and paying via an automatic direct debit that the customer has created with their online banking. If you are on a standing order but paying manually or bulk amounts, you will not be entitled to these discounts and will need to email your bank receipt for each payment made.
 
Defaulting on a payment does not class as a cancellation, a cancellation must be emailed or phoned through 2 days before despatch.
 
MEAT ORDERS
Meat orders require additional preperation and will be filled once all stock is available, unless otherwise arranged with you the customer. We guarantee that we will contact you if an item that is not in stock will exceed the standard delivery day for your area, by more than 3 days.

Meat cuts can vary in size.  One steak may be 400g whereas another could be 450g.  Therefore prices on packets will vary.  In our meat variety packs, occasionally an item may not be available and another item may be used to equal value to the total meat pack.  Please note we allow $3 for ice and packaging into the price of the variety packs. 
 
PROCESSING FEE
 
Please be advised that all orders manually done over the phone, Facebook, via email or text message, will incur a $5.00 processing fee.
 
PRIVACY
The information you provide to us will only be used for the purposes of, and in relation to, your ordering of produce or products from Perth Organics (Liwa Trust trading as Perth Organics). Perth Organics will not provide, by commercial arrangement or otherwise, your personal information to any other person or organisation except in the following cases: when authorised in writing by you to do so; where required or authorised by law to government and regulatory authorities; for credit reporting and fraud-checking agencies or to your authorised representatives (e.g. legal representatives).
