COYO’s Natural Coconut Yoghurt is both rich in texture and character and is the base of all their yoghurt products. It has a distinct but not overpowering coconut flavour, offset by the typical tang of an unsweetened yoghurt. It’s smooth and creamy with an almost velvety mouth feel.
COYO Natural Coconut Yoghurt is made with 97% organic coconut milk – there aren’t any unnecessary additives, preservatives or synthetics in their ingredients. All their products contain either probiotics or prebiotics – six vegan plant-based probiotics and active live cultures sourced for their vibrancy and vitality. These probiotics introduce good bacteria to the gut, while prebiotics are act as a fertiliser for the good bacteria to help them flourish.
COYO uses traditional fermenting and preserving techniques to maintain the purity of their products. The coconuts they source are harvested by hand on islands free of mechanical machinery and industrial pollutants, supporting local farmers and their families in the use of sustainable farming practices.
Their products are allergen free, containing no dairy, no soy, no honey, no nuts, no gluten, no egg, no sesame. They’re handcrafted in small batches in their custom-made ‘coconut only’ commercial kitchens, which means there is zero possibility of cross-contamination from dairy or wheat products.
