So we buy Fairtrade, organic cocoa beans, sugar and vanilla to give our blocks the elements they need to become the Green & Black’s chocolate you’ve come to expect.
ORGANIC COCOA BEANS
We use the finest organically grown cocoa, ground from Trinitario beans to give our chocolate its distinctive trademark flavour.
Our unrefined sugars are carefully processed so that they meet the Soil Association’s standards for organic sugar.
Our gorgeous vanilla comes from Madagascar and its natural sweetening ability features prominently in all of our blocks.
