SIMPLE GREEK LENTIL SOUP: In a pot, fry off some onion and garlic for a few minutes.Add 4 cups of water and turn the heat up high. As it's heating up, add a can of diced tomatoes, some dried oregano, 2 bay leaves, a good amount of pepper and salt to taste. Turn heat down and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then add EBO Organic Brown Lentils and cook for 5 more minutes. Enjoy with crusty bread and season to taste!
