Delivery Days and Payments
 
PERTH METRO DELIVERY INFORMATION:
 
Delivery days for Perth Metro are Monday through to Friday.  Any orders placed by 8am that can receive same day delivery and will be sent out that say, unless you request a specific alternative date.
 
Orders will typically be delivered between 12-7pm and arrive in a recycled foam esky which you can leave out for collection when you next order :)
 
Delivery within the Perth Metro area is a flat fee of $9.80.
 
Perth Metro Area (same day deliveries are available Monday to Friday) as far as:
  • Ocean Reef / Joondalup / Gnangara (North)
  • Beeliar / Success / Harrisdale / Southern Rover / Gosnells (South)
  • Wattle Grove / Maida Vale / Boya / Greenmount / Swan View / Jane Brook / Herne Hill (East)
  • The Indian Ocean (West).
Please note some Perth Hills and more rural addresses, may require a small additional delivery charge of $2-5. Please contact us for deliveries outside of the above areas before placing an order to ensure we can make delivery possible.
 
Perth Eastern Hills
Deliveries available Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (order by 8am for same day service).
Please note some more rural addresses, may require a small additional delivery charge of $2-5.
 
Perth Outer Northern Suburbs
Deliveries available Wednesdays & Fridays (order by 8am for same day service).
Please note some more rural addresses, may require a small additional delivery charge of $2-5.
 
Perth Outer Southern Suburbs
Deliveries available Thursdays & Fridays (order by 10am Wednesday for Thursday delivery, or 8am Friday for same day service).
Please note some more rural addresses, may require a small additional delivery charge of $2-5.
 

 

MANDURAH & SURROUNDS
Deliveries available Thursday (orders by 10am Wednesday).

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit or Debit card, please email orders@perthorganics.com or phone 0439 097 584 to discuss any payment queries you may have.

 

SEASONAL BOX & DIETARY REQUESTS

We are happy to make some modifications to your seasonal box to your taste. When placing your order, you can make up to 3 requests for our packing team to customise your box (at no additional cost) in the Delivery Instructions field during Checkout. Should you have more specific requirements, we recommend selecting the quantities of individual fruits and vegetables that you would otherwise like to order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further special requests and we will do our best to help!.

 
PROCESSING FEE: MANUAL ORDER FEE

Please note that as we are essentially a self-service online business, all requests to create new orders for customers made over the phone, through Facebook messages, via email or text message, will incur a $5.00 processing fee to assist in covering costs. This fee does not apply to updating notes or requests for any existing orders, which our staff will (as always!) be happy to do their best to accommodate. We thank you for your understanding.
