RETURNS & REFUNDS
We select and pack the freshest and highest quality produce/products our growers and suppliers can provide. If there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you have a concern with any of our products we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is faulty through the handling or storage by Perth Organics we will happily refund you the total cost of the affected product(s), or replace the product(s) with the same or similar if preferred.
In the event of goods arriving damaged during our transporation we will arrange for a replacement order to be delivered or we will refund your purchase price within 5 business days in accordance with this refund policy.
Perth Organics maximum liability to you for products purchased from us shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or a store credit to the same amount. Where the refund value in any transaction is $5 or less, it will automatically be allocated as a store credit to your online account, unless specifically required otherwise. We will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
WHAT can be returned?
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh produce, returns of fresh produce are not possible unless the produce is returned same day to our premises in original condition with an explanation for the return.
Should your fresh produce not arrive in expected condition, please provide photos taken on the day of delivery - demonstrating your concerns and we will provide a refund/credit for the item(s) where there is any error in the quality, quantity or handling by Perth Organics.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any shelf-stable products may be returned in original condition within 3 business days of delivery, if they are not required for any reason and a full refund of the items returned will be provided.

All items for return are to be transported at the customers cost to: Perth Organics, 55 Benara Rd, Caversham 6055, Wesern Australia, unless otherwise agreed. The office of Perth Organics is open from 8am-12pm Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
