REGIONAL CUSTOMER DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • Regional Customers if your location is not listed below please call or email us before ordering: orders@perthorganics.com  
  • If you would like to know the cost for delivery to your area before placing an order, please call us on 0439 097 584 and we'll be happy to help!
  • On your delivery day, you will receive a text message with pick up details from your co-op host, or when boxes are ready at their collection points. Home deliveries are available for Mandurah and surrounds, and may also be possible in certain Southwest WA locations - please ask.

 

  • Esperance - Order by Wednesday 10am for Friday arrival. Pick up from hub host.
  • Kalgoorlie - Order by Wednesday 10am for Friday arrival.  Pick up from hub host.
  • Karratha/Wickham - Order by Thursday 10am for Monday arrival.  Pick up from hub host.
  • Rockingham & Surrounds and Southwest WA  Order in by 10am Wednesday for Thursday delivery run. Collection hubs in Bunbury, at The Natural Health Clinic (12 Prosser st) and Dunsborough at Conscious Craves Cafe. Home Delivery for other locations, please contact us with any questions.
  • Mukinbudin - Order by 10am Thursday for Monday arrival. Pick up from hub host.
  • Newman - Order by 10am Monday for Wednesday arrival. Pick up from hub host.
  • Port Hedland - Order by 10am Thursday for Monday arrival. Pick up from hub host.
  • Tom Price/Paraburdoo - Order by 10am Monday for Friday arrival. Pick up from hub host. Paraburdoo forwarded on for a fee.
  • Pannawonica - Order by 10am Friday for Wednesday arrival. Pick up from hub host.

Delivery and order close off days may change due to public holidays or changes in freight schedule.

Payments

 
  • Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit or Debit card, please contact us to arrange orders@perthorganics.com to confirm payment. Please understand that orders can not be dispatched until payment has been received. 

 

Requests

  • We are happy to make some modifications to your seasonal box to your taste.  You can make up to 3 substitutions in your comments secton. Please feel free to contact us if you have any special requests that are not already catered for.

  • IMPORTANT: Please include your e-mail address or phone number within the delivery instructions so we are able to contact you to confirm the total of your order and payment option that best suits you.
  • PROCESSING FEE: MANUAL ORDER FEE

    Please be advised that as we are essentially a self-service online business, all requests to create new orders for customers made over the phone, through Facebook messages, via email or text message, will incur a $5.00 processing fee to assist in covering costs. This fee does not apply to updating notes or requests for any existing orders, which our staff will (as always) be happy to do their best to accommodate. We thank you for your understanding.
